Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We’re unable to accept returns for any pierced jewelry, cosmetics or perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. All of our face coverings are nonreturnable.
Due to current restrictions, we have extended our return policy from 14 days to 28 days from your delivery date. You will need your email address/ delivery postcode and the order number from your confirmation email. View the returns policy for more info.
- 1.When you’re ready to return, select ‘create a return’.
- 2.Enter your order number and delivery postcode/ email address and choose the items to return.
- 3.Choose your most convenient return method. Print your personalized return label or generate a QR code to scan in store.
- 4.Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off point.
When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Then you can Track your order for regular updates.
Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you request cancellation via live chat within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order, but you can return unworn items for free within 28 days of delivery using the returns portal. If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via live chat with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help. We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
